Domaine de recherche

Mes recherches portent sur l’écologie et l’évolution des interactions hôtes-parasites dans un contexte de biogéographique insulaire. Je m’intéresse aux mécanismes à l’origine de la diversité et de la structure des parasites, ainsi qu'aux dynamiques d’infection dans les populations d’animaux sauvages.

Je m’intéresse actuellement à l’influence que peut avoir l’hétérogénéité et la structure des populations de chauves-souris sur les dynamiques d’infection. J’étudie ainsi la dispersion et les processus d’agrégation de ces mammifères, en parallèle de la transmission et de la diversité de plusieurs agents infectieux dont elles sont porteuses, tels que les bactéries Leptopsira et les paramyxovirus. J’utilise des méthodes d’écologie de terrain et les outils de la génétique des populations, de phylogéographie et de métagénomique.

• 2018 : Habilitation à capturer des Chiroptères dans le cadre de programmes scientifiques et/ou de conservation. Muséum d’Histoire Naturelle de Paris.

• 2014 : Formation réglementaire à l’expérimentation animale pour les cadres biologistes et personnels concevant des procédures expérimentales et des projets. Charles River – VetAgroSup.
