Research Interests

 

I am in charge with the processing (nucleic acid extractions, diagnosis, typing) of biological samples obtained from the field or from experimental models of infection.

  • January 2018 to date: PIMIT Eengineering assistant: Conduct of the mMolecular biology experiments of for the ECOSPIR program.

  • February 2016: Laboratory technician PIMIT: Research of the presence of dengue and chikungunya viruses in individuals of mosquitoes of the Aedes genus of from Mayotte.

  • February 2014-June 2015: Laboratory tTechnician CRVOI: Conducting cellular and molecular biology experiments of for Paramyx OI and MoZAR programs.

  • February-April 2012: IPM : 1) Training on haemagglutination and haemagglutination inhibition techniques from influenza virus isolation. 2) Conducting mMolecular biology experiments as part of the Wildlife program.

  • October 2009-December 2011: Laboratory tTechnician CRVOI: 1) Conducting cellular and molecular biology experiments as part of the CoPanFlu program. 2) Technical co-supervision of trainees.

  • February-June 2009: Laboratory tTechnician at CIRAD 3P: Treatment of samples from a study on Ralstonia Solanacearum bacteria on tomato and eggplant plants.
