RESEARCH INTERESTS
I am currently investigating host-pathogen interactions 1. from the pathogen point-of-view, by studying molecular determinants of their infectivity and 2. from the host point-of-view, by investigating the consequences of viral infections on cellular physiology. My studies are focused on arboviruses, with Dengue and Zika viruses as actual models of investigation.
RESEARCH AREAS
(1) Biology for health
(2) Host-pathogen interactions relative to tropical vector-borne diseases
(3) Molecular tools to study emerging infectious agents
(4) Translational research
